Steve founded The Koffman Group in 1993 and has built a career around clear education, integrity and client-first guidance. He moved to Cape Coral in 1991 and understands the region as both a long-time real estate professional and someone who enjoys boating and the Southwest Florida lifestyle.
Steve was born in Santa Maria, California, moved to St. Louis, Missouri as a young child and grew up in Rockville, Maryland. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Tennessee in 1983.
Before real estate, Steve spent nearly ten years in consumer marketing with Maytag, including regional-management experience. His work took him through Iowa, Illinois, Indiana and Tennessee before he settled in Cape Coral, Florida. That customer-focused foundation still shapes his approach: listen first, explain the tradeoffs and help clients make an informed decision.
Since beginning his real estate career in 1993, Steve has worked as a broker, team founder, top producer, industry mentor, newspaper contributor and Cape Coral Chamber participant. He now serves as a Broker Associate with Royal Shell Real Estate, representing buyers and sellers across resale, luxury waterfront, new construction, condominiums and vacant land.
